License Grant
Chaska For You grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Battery Call: Charger Reminder app strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The App relies on your device's battery status, on Android's Alarm & Reminder, Notification, and Full Screen Intent APIs to alert you in an incoming-call style, and on background execution to monitor your battery. We do not guarantee that any alert (including low battery, full charge, charge reminder, or unplug alarm) will be delivered at the exact time or at all. Heavily modified or restricted Android operating systems (OEM skins), aggressive battery-optimization settings, "Do Not Disturb" modes, or restricted background processes may delay or block alerts. The App is a convenience tool only and is not a safety-critical or life-safety system; do not rely on it for emergency, medical, or security purposes.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse compile any part of the App.
- Use the App to harass, deceive, or mislead others, or for any purpose that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Developer or its affiliates.
Battery Data & Backup Responsibility
The App's core purpose is to monitor your device's battery level and charging status and to alert you in an incoming-call style when a configured condition is met (for example, low battery, full charge, a scheduled charge reminder, or an unplug alarm). Your battery level and charging status are read and processed only on your device, and your reminder times and alert preferences (such as charge thresholds, charge-limit settings, and call-alert options) are stored locally on your device.
Uninstalling the App, clearing the App's data, or resetting your device may permanently and irreversibly delete your saved reminders, thresholds, and preferences. You are solely responsible for reconfiguring any alerts that are important to you. The Developer is not responsible for any missed alerts or for any settings or data that are lost.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of privacy, loss of data, missed or delayed alerts, damage to your device or battery, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Purchase validation and premium access management are handled through a third-party service called RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Business Transfers & Acquisition
The Developer reserves the right to sell, transfer, or assign this App, its associated codebase, assets, and these Terms of Service to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. In such an event, your continued use of the App signifies your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the subsequent owner or acquiring company.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
