This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and share information when you use the Incognito Calculator Tools App. By using this App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

App refers to the Incognito Calculator Tools application.

Data Collection, Sharing, and Retention

I do not collect, share, or retain any Personal Information from you when you use this App. The App is designed to respect your privacy and does not require any personal data to function.
I have implemented Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics in this App to collect Usage Information (Crashlogs, Page visits, Public IP Address, etc.) for improving the App's performance and user experience. This data is collected automatically and does not include any Personal Information.
I do not share any data with third parties except for the Usage Information collected by Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics, which is used for app performance monitoring and analytics purposes.
I do not retain any data collected by the App. The Usage Information collected by Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics is stored on the Google Cloud Servers and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Data Security

All your files, videos, and voice recordings stored in the Hidden Storage are stored locally on your device (in a hidden folder whose visibility is typically restricted in Android Operating System). I do not have access to these files, and they are not uploaded to any server or cloud storage.
The app stores your custom PIN locally on your device and does not transmit it to any server. The PIN is used only to unlock the hidden tools within the app.
I take reasonable measures to protect the security of your data, including secure coding practices. However, no method of transmission over the electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security of your files, videos, or voice recordings.
Keep your device secure and do not share your custom PIN with anyone to ensure the safety of your data.

Indian Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB)

This App can be used by anyone, including users in India. However, it does not collect or share any Personal Information from users in India. Therefore, it is not subject to the Indian Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB) or any other data protection laws in India.
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, which is governed by Google's policies. Google Play Billing does not share any Personal Information with me, the developer.

European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In-app purchases history

All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, which is governed by Google's policies.
I can see the purchases of users who have made in-app purchases in Google Play Console, but I do not have access to any Personal Information associated with those purchases.

Advertisements

This App contains advertisements from Google-Certified Ads Network. These ads may collect Usage Information automatically, such as Advertisement id, device type, Android version, device information, page visits, etc. This data is used to show personalized ads based on your interests.

Child Protection (and COPPA)

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. I have implemented blocking controls in Google AdMob to protect children from sensitive ad content. However, if you still see any sensitive ads, please report them to Google (using on-display instructions) or contact me via the methods given at the end of this policy.

Future Changes

I have no plans to make changes to this policy in the near future. However, if I change anything in this policy, it will be updated on this page. Therefore, I am requesting you to check this page regularly and note the last updated date linked at the top of this policy.
