Chaska For You grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Photo Actions app strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Because the App relies on third-party Android Launchers and native system widget APIs to display custom icons and execute app shortcuts, we do not guarantee that the App will function perfectly on all custom launchers, nor do we guarantee flawless compatibility with heavily modified or restricted Android operating systems.

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of privacy, loss of data, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
The Developer reserves the right to sell, transfer, or assign this App, its associated codebase, assets, and these Terms of Service to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. In such an event, your continued use of the App signifies your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the subsequent owner or acquiring company.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
