Chaska For You grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the QR Actions: Scan & Create Code app strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The App relies on your device's Camera (CAMERA permission) to scan QR codes and on native Android widget and launcher APIs to display your QR codes on the Home Screen. We do not guarantee that every QR code will be detected, decoded, or displayed correctly, nor do we guarantee flawless compatibility with heavily modified or restricted Android operating systems (OEM skins) or custom launchers that may block camera access, restrict widgets, or terminate background processes.

The App's core purpose is to create, scan, and display QR codes. All QR code content (the actual data encoded in a QR code, such as text, links, or contact information) and your customization parameters (such as colors, patterns, and styles) are stored locally on your device in a local database (RoomDB). This data is not uploaded to or backed up on any server operated by the Developer.
Uninstalling the App, clearing the App's data, or resetting your device may permanently and irreversibly delete your saved QR codes and customizations. You are solely responsible for keeping your own backups of any QR code content that is important to you. The Developer is not responsible for any QR code content, customization, or other data that is lost.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of privacy, loss of data, loss of QR code content, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Purchase validation and premium access management are handled through a third-party service called RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier. We do not receive or store your payment details.
The Developer reserves the right to sell, transfer, or assign this App, its associated codebase, assets, and these Terms of Service to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. In such an event, your continued use of the App signifies your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the subsequent owner or acquiring company.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
