Protecting the digital assets, application interfaces, and creative works developed by Chaska For You.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Chaska For You actively enforces its intellectual property rights. The unauthorized reproduction of our application names, user interfaces (UI), visual styling, or direct re-uploading of our video content is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action, including DMCA takedown notices across all relevant platforms.

1. Application Code, UI & Styling

All original software, source code, visual designs, layouts, and User Interfaces (UI) associated with applications developed by Chaska For You (including but not limited to Tilt Guard, Quick Floats, and QuitanDo) are the exclusive intellectual property of "CHASKA FOR YOU PRODUCTIONS".

Cloning our application layouts, stealing our CSS/styling, or mimicking our unique user experience to create competing products is a direct violation of our copyright.

2. App Names & Branding (DMCA Warning)

Our application names and logos represent our brand's reputation and trust with our users. If any developer attempts to publish an application on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or any other distribution platform using the exact name of our apps or a deliberately confusingly similar name/logo, they will absolutely receive a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice.

We actively monitor app stores for copycat developers. App store strikes can result in the permanent termination of your developer account. Do not steal our branding.

3. Video Content & Fair Use

All video content published on the official Chaska For You YouTube channel or related platforms is protected by copyright. Directly downloading our videos and re-uploading them (in whole or in part) to other channels or platforms without permission is strictly prohibited.

Fair Use Exception: We happily support the creator community. You may use snippets of our video content under standard Fair Use guidelines provided that:

  • Your use is highly transformative (e.g., educational commentary, critical review, or reaction).
  • You are not simply republishing our content to bypass our channel.

4. Licensing & Infringement Reporting

If you wish to request permission to use any of our assets, or if you believe your own copyrighted work is being infringed upon by our platform, please reach out to our legal department via our official Contact Page.
