License Grant

Chaska For You grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Low to Go Storage Cleaner app strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

The App relies on Android's "All files access" (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) permission and an on-device AI model to scan, analyze, compress, and clean your files. This analysis is heuristic and may not always be accurate; for example, "duplicate" or "similar" photos may be detected incorrectly, and some junk files may be missed. We do not guarantee that the App will find every duplicate, junk, or compressible file, nor do we guarantee flawless compatibility with heavily modified or restricted Android operating systems (OEM skins) that may unexpectedly block file access or terminate background processes.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse compile any part of the App.
• Use the App to access, delete, or modify files that you do not own or have the legal right to change.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Developer or its affiliates.

File Operations & Backup Responsibility

The App's core purpose is to delete, compress, or otherwise modify files on your device. Deleting or overwriting a file may be permanent and irreversible. You are solely responsible for reviewing the items suggested by the App before confirming any action, and for keeping your own backups of important files. The Developer is not responsible for any files that you delete, compress, or otherwise change using the App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of privacy, loss of data, loss of files, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Purchase validation and premium access management are handled through a third-party service called RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Business Transfers & Acquisition

The Developer reserves the right to sell, transfer, or assign this App, its associated codebase, assets, and these Terms of Service to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. In such an event, your continued use of the App signifies your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the subsequent owner or acquiring company.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
